How Production Is Coordinated
One Standard Across the Range
Our briquette range is limited to four fixed shapes: Cube, Hexagonal, Finger, and Flower. Every shape is produced against the same commercial framework:

Quality Control: Defined Checkpoints
Quality is evaluated against agreed product parameters and defined checkpoints during production, drying, final inspection, packing, and shipment preparation.
Pre-Production Alignment
Product parameters are confirmed before production begins, including grade, dimensions, packaging, quantity, and destination.
In-Process Checks
During production, briquettes are checked against agreed parameters, including dimensional inspection, drying/moisture control, and visual integrity.
Product Verification
Applicable batch testing and third-party analysis can be arranged according to buyer, contract, or shipment requirements.
Logistics and Export Coordination
Documentation and carrier requirements are handled per shipment. Charcoal shipments are prepared in accordance with IMDG Code requirements (UN 1361, Class 4.2), supported by applicable SDS and self-heating test documentation.
Private Label / OEM
Custom branding and packaging are available subject to artwork approval, packaging specification, MOQ, and production lead time. Commercial details are confirmed in the quotation / Proforma Invoice.
