Production Info
Production Process
Production in Indonesia is coordinated according to defined product specifications, quality-control checkpoints, packaging requirements, and export preparation. The charcoal material is 100% coconut shell charcoal; natural tapioca starch is used as a binder.

Raw Material Selection
Coconut-shell charcoal is selected and screened to reduce impurities and support the agreed ash specification.

Carbonization
Coconut shells are processed in controlled conditions to produce the charcoal material.

Crushing & Sieving
The carbonized charcoal is crushed into fine powder and sieved to support consistent briquette quality.

Mixing with Natural Binder
Charcoal powder is mixed with natural tapioca starch binder to form a moldable mixture.

Briquetting / Molding
The mixture is pressed into the approved shape and size using briquetting machines.

Drying
Drying conditions are monitored to achieve the agreed moisture specification.

Quality Control
Briquettes are checked against the agreed parameters - dimensions, moisture, and selected testing where applicable.

Packaging
Approved briquettes are packed according to the confirmed packaging specification.

Shipment Preparation
Final cargo and documentation checks are completed to support compliance with applicable maritime dangerous-goods requirements.
